RESIDENTIAL REVIEW: METRO PORTLAND, OREGON
In August, sales activity in the Portland metro area continued to outpace last year's same-month sales totals. Closed sales rose 4% compared to August of 2008. Closed sales fell 7.4% compared to July of 2009. The average sales price of $296,300 for August 2009 was down 10.6% compared to August of 2008.
